|
Hardware and software
architecture of HMI and SCADA systems and their integration with computer
based systems for business and management administration
for total control of plants and enterprises.
|
2
|
Creation
of process data base and linking of data from data base with
graphic symbols and pictorial and alphanumerical presentation on operators
panels. Process data base population and relationships between database and
external process data. Centralized and distributed process databases.
|
3
|
Communication within the distributed network architecture of HMI and SCADA systems. Master-Slave,
Server-Client, Producer-Consumer
|
4
|
Protocols used within HMI-SCADA systems
in information exchange: DDE, NETDDE, COM, DCOM, OPC, CORBA, TCP/IP, DCL.
Internet enabled HMI-SCADA systems ( Thin client, OPC XML ). Process
browsers and process and business data integration.
|
5
|
OPC drivers
connecting distributed sources of process data with Operator stations of
HMI-SCADA systems. Technologies of ActiveX, COM, DCOM and CORBA, in build-up of
OPC Client-Server architecture. Possibilities of using OPC drivers in
connecting and integration of process and business monitoring and
control systems.
|
6
|
Interconnection of
process databases with business relational databases ( ORACLE,
MS ACCESS, SQL SERVER), in real time, using ODBC and SQL calls.
|
7
|
Communication drivers
and protocol converters in HMI-SCADA systems in connection of heterogeneous
PC-DCS-PLC systems. Interconnection of disparate types of fields and
process buses with HMI-SCADA systems.
|
8
|
Implementation of
real time and historical trending and data logging within HMI software
packages. Proprietary solutions, and solutions based on OPC historical data
server, ( OPC HDA) and ADO/OLEDB data access to databases storing historical
data. Data mining techniques for data analysis.
|
9
|
Software implementation
of control and monitoring functions within HMI-SCADA software packages.
SoftPLC and soft computing.
|
10
|
Implementation of time
stamping for alarms and events and sorting and presentation of real time
and historical alarms and events lists in chronological order, type and
status of alarm or events. Proprietary solutions and solutions based
on OPC
standards
(Alarms&Events and HDA Server ).
